Payout Schedule
We pay out the money from your merchant account to your bank account depending on the settlement period used. Currently, payouts are available in EUR and CHF currency. Other currencies are charged at the daily rate plus a 2% conversion fee.
There are 3 settlement periods:
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
For all schedules, your transactions will not be paid out until at least 8 full days have passed since they were received.
Changing the Payout Schedule
By default, all customers have monthly settlements. If you wish to have a daily or weekly settlement, for example, due to cash flow or a subscription-based business model, feel free to message us through our contact form. We are happy to help you choose the right settlement.
Transaction Currencies
Transaction currencies are the currencies that you, as a merchant, offer your products/services in. Your customers pay for their orders in transaction currencies. With Payrexx, you can accept all the transaction currencies offered by Visa & Mastercard.
Reason To Set up Multiple Settlement Currencies
By using multiple settlement currencies, you as a merchant can save on conversion costs when offering your products and services in countries that use a different currency than your local one.
Third-party Payment Provider
Third-party payment provider Payouts are made by the third party payment provider used. If you have questions about disbursement by third party payment providers, please contact their support. Payouts for third-party payment providers cannot be mapped on Payrexx at this time.
