Account Overview
Under “Merchants”, you have an overview of all your merchants. Filters and the export function can be used for a more detailed search.
Optional: KYC (Know Your Customer)
The KYC status of the payment provider Payrexx Direct is shown. The meaning of the different labels is shown in different colours:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
 | The payment provider is active and can process online payments. |
 | The merchant is in “correction”. This means he still has to update one or more of the details. |
 | The merchant is in “draft”. He hasn’t submitted the information yet. |
 | The merchant’s business model can’t be supported by Payrexx Direct. |
